Musical Theatre Voice

You turn up, you learn the notes, you get through the show. But somewhere in the back of your mind there's a nagging feeling that you could be so much more than that, if only someone would actually teach you properly.
Maybe you strain when you belt and just hope nobody notices. Maybe you sing fine at home but something shifts the moment you're in front of people. Maybe you've never had formal training and you feel like everyone else knows something you don't.
You've been performing for years.
Has anyone actually taught you how your voice works?
Course Content
Over four weeks we'll cover:
Understanding your voice and why it does what it does
Head, Chest and Mix Voice
Breathing for singing
How to belt without strain
Musical Theatre Styling
How to perform under pressure and stay in control when nerves kick in
A mini showcase in week four to put it all into practice
Musical Theatre Voice is a four-week small group course designed specifically for adult amateur performers who are ready to finally understand how their voice works.
In four sessions of 90 minutes, we'll work on the things that actually make a difference: why your voice does what it does, how to belt without strain, how to make a song sound like your character rather than just the notes in the right order, and how to stay in control when nerves threaten to derail you.
