Your voice is already in there.

Let's get it out.

You've been performing, teaching, presenting, auditioning. You know what you're doing. And yet there are still those moments where your voice tightens, your breath vanishes, and the person who shows up isn't quite who you meant to be.

I work with performers, creatives, and people who are good at what they do, but can't always get their body to agree.

Voice, breath, nerves. They're all tangled up together, and that's exactly where I work.

If you've had enough of the generic advice that doesn't work for you, you're in the right place. Let's discuss what you actually need help with!

Stage Fright & Confidence

You know you're good enough. The fear just hasn't got the memo yet.

We work with your nervous system, your breath, and the story underneath — so you can show up as yourself when it actually matters.

Conscious breathwork for performers, creatives, and anyone carrying more than they should.

A reset for your nervous system that meets you exactly where you are.

A little bit about me

I've been performing since I was five and navigating stage fright since not long after. Fifteen years of teaching and a Masters in performance anxiety from the University of Edinburgh later, and I work with voice, breath, and the nervous system to help singers understand and manage performance anxiety., because in my experience, you can't really separate them.

I'm based in Lincolnshire and work with people locally and online. My students range from amateur musical theatre performers and professional recording artists to people who just want to stop being afraid every time someone asks them to speak up.

One conversation is usually enough to know if we're a good fit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Laura has helped me to perform with little or no nerves, and has brought back my passion for singing. Her knowledge of how to improve the voice and tackle performance anxiety is invaluable. I cannot thank Laura enough for everything she has helped me with.
