It's a practical, body-based tool that meets you exactly where you are.
Free Monthly Live Group Breathwork
I host and facilitate free conscious connected breathwork sessions online through Breathing Space, that are open to the public. All you need to do is register and sign a waiver with Breathing Space before joining. No experience necessary, just show up as you are.
Online Breathing Spaces are held five times a week, and if you want to catch my sessions, you can usually find me on the 4th Thursday of the month at 8:30pm. For all the details of sessions, follow me on Instagram.
